Who We Are

Meng and Lloyd are a husband and wife team focused on single family development in the mid-peninsula region of San Francisco Bay Area. We have a passion for building minimalistic homes that are contemporary yet timeless. We personally design and source finishes for every house and limit the number of projects to ensure each house receives the attention to detail it requires.
